By submitting an order, completing payment, or using an approved agency account, you agree to these Publishing Terms. They supplement the VUGA Enterprises general Terms & Disclaimers, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If a provision specifically about a VUGA Publishing placement conflicts with the general terms, these Publishing Terms control for that placement.
VUGA Publishing provides paid publishing placements across publications operated by VUGA Enterprises LLC. Placements are subject to editorial review. Published material is identified as paid, sponsored, partner, or similar commercial content where required by the publication’s standards or applicable law. Purchasing a placement does not purchase independent editorial endorsement.
All submitted text, images, links, claims, and supporting files may be edited for accuracy, clarity, length, house style, legal compliance, and publication fit. Nothing publishes until the draft has completed editorial review. The order includes up to two reasonable revision rounds before approval. Revision requests must preserve the approved subject and may not introduce prohibited content, unsupported claims, or a materially different assignment.
You retain ownership of original materials you submit. You grant VUGA Enterprises LLC and its publications a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, edit, format, display, publish, distribute, archive, promote, and create necessary publication assets from those materials for the ordered placement and its continued availability. You represent that you control the submitted rights and permissions, that factual claims are supportable, and that publication will not infringe or violate another person’s rights.
A cover-story order may request a preferred date within the date range offered at checkout. A preferred date is a request, not a guaranteed reservation, until VUGA confirms the slot. Cover inventory is limited. If the requested date is unavailable, VUGA will offer the next suitable date or an equivalent placement. A cover image or promotional mockup does not change the paid/sponsored character of the placement.
You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours after purchase only if pre-production has not started. Pre-production includes editorial assignment, drafting, image work, placement allocation, or reservation of a cover slot. After pre-production starts, voluntary cancellation is non-refundable, but the remedies below continue to apply if VUGA cannot publish the order.
If VUGA determines that it cannot publish an accepted order and cannot provide an equivalent placement you approve, VUGA will issue a full refund for the affected placement. A refund for an affected placement is the customer’s remedy for non-publication. Processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
VUGA guarantees the published placement will remain available for 24 months from its original publication date. If it becomes unavailable during that period for reasons within the network’s control, VUGA will republish the content on the same publication when practical or on an equivalent publication at no additional charge. The guarantee is a replacement guarantee, not a promise that a particular URL or publication will exist permanently.
VUGA may reject, pause, edit, remove, or decline to republish content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, malicious, unsafe, or materially false; that promotes prohibited goods or services; that impersonates another person; or that violates a publication’s standards, payment-provider rules, or applicable law. The customer must disclose paid claims, regulated products, legal disputes, and other facts reasonably relevant to editorial review.
VUGA guarantees only the publishing or replacement obligations expressly stated here. VUGA does not guarantee search-engine indexing or ranking, traffic, audience size, leads, sales, social engagement, press pickup, knowledge panels, backlinks retaining a particular attribute, or any other marketing, reputation, or financial outcome.
Prices and eligible quantity promotions are displayed before payment and confirmed by the secure checkout provider. Promotion codes are limited to their eligible product, quantity, subtotal, and validity period and cannot be combined unless checkout expressly permits it. Full and partial refunds are returned through the original payment method. A partial refund may place the order under manual review while the remaining services are reconciled.
Customer information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Submitted order files are private working materials unless and until included in an approved publication. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
